Thank you for being a valuable customer of Jobeeny Exclusive Designer Handbags. Due to some confusion and at times undue customer disappointment we have outlined below our warranty claims and procedures.
Warranty Claims and General Repairs
Jobeeny Exclusive Designer Handbags manufacture handbags and luggage to the highest standard using quality leathers, fabrics, woven and manufactured textiles. Our high standards of manufacturing and quality control enable Jobeeny Exclusive Designer Handbags to provide a warranty covering the guarantee of our craftsmanship for a period of six months from the date of retail purchase on all Jobeeny Exclusive Designer Handbags products.
Due to the delicate nature of some materials used in our products our warranty DOES NOT INCLUDE any trims used such as feathers, beads and lace. General wear and tear or any damage resulting from carelessness after purchase is not covered. All products returned as a warranty claim must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase (receipt). If a receipt is not provided at the time of repair you will be responsible for a charge for your repair.
If you require repairs to a Jobeeny Exclusive Designer Handbags item that has exceeded its warranty period, has trim problems or is affected by wear and tear, please feel free to contact info@jobeeny.com if you have any questions on our warranty policy. All repairs that do not fall under warranty will be charged, customers will be advised of repair costs for approval before the repair is completed.
Warranty and repairs procedure:
- 1. Email info@jobeeny.com for a Repairs Authorisation Number
- 2. Your product return MUST include
- a. Your Repairs Authorisation Number
- b. A copy of your proof of purchase with your Order number
- c. A brief description identifying the specific problem and style of product
- 3. If your purchase is not covered under warranty, it will be sent to our repairs department for a quote.
You will be contacted in due course to approve the cost of repairs.
Most repairs take two weeks to complete (not including delivery time), this can be confirmed when you are provided with a repairs authorisation number or at the time you approve the repairs.

You will receive an email outlining the correct return delivery address for the package; please note that goods will be returned at the purchaser's expense and the delivery address will be at the discretion of Jobeeny Exclusive Designer Handbags.
